This is an error that usually occurs with a corrupted install of PowerPoint viewer.

Change EasyWorship settings so that it uses the PowerPoint application to work around this problem.

1. Open EasyWorship.
2. Click the Live menu.
3. Click on Options.
4. Click Advanced.
5. Check both options under PowerPoint options.
6. Click OK,
7. Close and reopen EasyWorship.

If you Have PowerPoint 2010 and have already set these settings in EasyWorship, you may need to make sure you have EasyWorship 2009 build 1.9. You can download it at www.easyworship.com/support

Otherwise you may have to uninstall all copies of PowerPoint viewer from control panel. Then reinstall PowerPoint viewer.
